If, as far as you know, you're not using any Web site or software that requires Java you can uninstall it from Programs and Features. In our deployment, we will be deploying Java using the MSI file; which needs to be extracted from the EXE installer that you just downloaded. In order to do this, double-click on the EXE. By starting the initial setup, you've already successfully extracted the MSI file.
