Xcom save games disappear

I only have a single save, when it gets overwritten I have no recovery options. Trivolver View Profile View Posts. Last edited by Tyr ; 18 Jul, am. Not sure whether you mean that by "sorting", but the number of games ist rather limited, and it sometimes does not show the NEW ones. You might try deleting some of your oldest games, and see whether the new ones appear then. I have had similar problems too. One thing I did find though is that if you are using your scroll wheel, you might as well forget about finding your saved game, but if you left click and drag the right bar slowly, you can find most of the times your save, but it may not be n order.

This is especially true if you have over written on a save that is way down the list, it seems to stay in its location.
